Complete employee mandatory training by March 31
The 2026 annual mandatory trainings are required for all benefit-eligible staff and faculty, as well as adjunct employees. Supervisors may also ask their student and temporary employees to complete this training, as appropriate.
All trainings must be completed by 11:59 p.m. MST on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
Creating a safe, respectful and secure campus is a shared responsibility. These required statewide and university trainings represent an investment in campus culture and the future - protecting students, strengthening the institution and reinforcing a commitment to respectful workplaces, data security, privacy and campus safety.
Complete training
- Navigate to Canvas to access the training.
- Log into Canvas using your MyBoiseState username and password.
- Click on the "2026 Annual Mandatory Trainings" course.
- Finish all modules by Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. MST.
- Allow for several hours for a completion certificate to arrive in your email inbox.
