Ambassador of Belarus D.Dzeravinski meets Sectoral Vice-President пїЅ Minister for Planning of Venezuela
24 April 2026On April 23, 2026 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Dzmitry Dzeravinski, met with the Sectoral Vice-President for Planning - Minister for Planning of Venezuela, Ricardo Jose Menendez Prieto.
The meeting was also attended by the Minister of Industry and National Trade of Venezuela, Luis Antonio Villlegas Ramirez; the Deputy Minister of Industry and National Trade of Venezuela, Jose Javier Hernandez Castillo; and the President of the Venezuelan Automobile Industry Corporation 'Corsoauto' Mileidy Andreina Bastidas Montilla.
The parties discussed in detail a wide range of issues relating to Belarusian-Venezuelan cooperation in the industrial sector, with an emphasis on bilateral projects for the assembly of tractors and cargo vehicles at joint venture sites in Barinas State; exchanged views on the priorities and modalities of cooperation in this area; agreed to hold a series of expert and technical-level events in the near future with a view to intensifying cooperative ties.
