Hong Kong: Meat and Poultry Establishment Registration Reminder

This report is a reminder that effective February 14, 2025, U.S. establishments that slaughter, process, store, or export raw meat and/or raw poultry products to Hong Kong must be registered on both the Food Safety Inspection Service (FSIS) Hong Kong Eligible Establishment List and the Hong Kong Centre for Food Safety (CFS) website prior to exporting. This report provides guidance on registering under both systems.
