Keep track of in-kind contributions!

An in-kind contribution is a non-monetary contribution. Generally, this refers to a contribution of goods, services or property offered free or at less than the usual and normal charge. The term also includes payments made on behalf of, but not directly to, candidates and political committees (except for independent expenditures or non-coordinated communications). The dollar value of an in-kind contribution is subject to contribution limits.

The Commission has in-kind contribution disclosure examples available for candidate committees, party committees, SSFs and other PACs to help committees file their reports.
