Electronic Access to Sealed Documents and Service

On April 30, 2026, Chief Judge Madeleine C. Wanslee entered General Order 26-3 restricting electronic access to sealed documents effective immediately. Sealed documents will continue to be filed in CM/ECF under existing procedures. A party with the right to access a sealed document can request a paper copy by contacting the Clerk's Office. Because sealed documents filed in CM/ECF are no longer accessible or viewable electronically, service cannot be accomplished through CM/ECF. Parties must serve sealed documents by other methods permitted under the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure.

For more information or a copy of the general order, visit the Court website at https://www.azb.uscourts.gov/. Click on the Court Info tab at the top of the page and select General Orders, select GO 26-3.

For questions, you can contact the Clerk's Office by phone at 602-682-4000, 520-202-7500 or 800-556-9230.
