Hub City Sounds to Host Janmashtami Festival on Saturday
NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ (August 16, 2025) - The annual Hub City Sounds: Janmashtami Festival is set to take over Monument Square Park, 2 Livingston Ave. on Saturday, August 16, from 1 to 6 p.m.
This free event will celebrate the rich traditions of both Northern and Southern India with an afternoon of music, dance, and food for the entire family. Attendees can look forward to authentic Indian cuisine, cultural performances and educational dance and theater presentations.
The festival will also feature interactive activities, including high-energy Zumba and Bollywood dance sessions, as well as creative visual arts workshops. The event offers a vibrant way to experience and celebrate Indian culture in New Brunswick.
