Road Work Delay Extends Closure of Agua Fria Street
Work at 1604 Agua Fria St. has experienced delays and will extend through the night. The roadway remains closed.
Originally scheduled from March 30 through April 6, 2026, the project remains active, and the closure is still in effect. Motorists should expect continued disruptions and plan accordingly.
Eastbound traffic on Agua Fria Street is being detoured right onto Osage Avenue. Westbound traffic is being routed via Potencia Street to Cerrillos Road. Traffic control measures and detour signage are in place.
Drivers are advised to follow all posted detours, expect delays, and seek alternate routes when possible.
The City appreciates the public's patience as this necessary sewer work is completed.
