Vietnam: FAIRS Country Report Annual
This report provides a comprehensive overview of Vietnam's legal and regulatory framework for importing food and agricultural products. As of May 2026, Vietnam continues to enforce Decree 15 on Food Safety during the transition period as the government undertakes amendment of the Food Safety Law. Major updates are provided in Section I: Food Safety Law and Section II: Labeling Requirements.
