Himachal Pradesh issues Determination ofGeneric Levelized Tariffs for Solar PV Projects for Financial Year 2026-27. Andhra Pradesh launches the Andhra Pradesh Cluster Development Program (APCDP). Andhra Pradesh issues Amendments to AP Excise (Grant of License of Selling by Bar and Conditions of License) Rules 2025. The amendments abolish the Additional Retail Excise Tax (ARET) imposed on bars. The new guidelines came into effect on January 13, 2026.

Bihar launches a Single-Window System in the Industry Department. The system allows investors to access all approvals, incentives, and information online, eliminating the need to visit multiple offices. Haryana launches a portal for the normalization of factories operating outside designated industrial zones. Factory clusters can now apply through the portal to obtain legal recognition, enabling them to apply for economic schemes and access civic facilities. Under the scheme, a cluster comprising 50 or more factories established on a minimum of 10 acres of land at a single site can collectively apply for recognition.

Goa launches an airline incentive scheme for one year to attract more flights and strengthen air connectivity to the state. Under the scheme, airlines introducing additional flights or new routes to Goa will receive an incentive of around $2,201 (INR 2 lakh) per flight, including new connecting routes.

Tripura launches their "Marketing Didi Policy." The policy aims at strengthening market linkages and expanding opportunities for women-led enterprises.
