PLEASANT GROVE, Utah, Aug. 4, 2026 -- Nearly two decades ago, a small group of founders set out to build something that had never existed before - a company that would bring the purest gifts of the earth into homes around the world through the power of people and genuine human connection. What began as a conviction shared by a few has become a movement lived by millions.

Together, we have built the world's largest essential oils company. But more than that, we have built a community - Wellness Advocates, sourcing partners, growers, and families across the globe who have made dōTERRA part of their lives and their livelihoods. That is the work of eighteen years, and it belongs to everyone who has been part of it.

Today, some of dōTERRA's founders have stepped into new seasons of their own lives. From the beginning, we have built a company whose strength did not rest on any one person - one rooted in principles durable enough to endure and to lead well beyond those who first imagined it. That is the mark of an institution built to last, and we are confident in what has been built. The founding vision continues to guide dōTERRA from the board and executive leadership as it always will. And as the world changes, we will adjust our leadership to bridge dōTERRA into its next generation - because a company built to last is one that never stops evolving.
