We are reaching out to you in connection with your investment in HPS Corporate Lending Fund (the “Fund”) regarding the Fund’s 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (“Annual Meeting”) and the associated Shareholder Proxy Vote (the “Proxy Vote”).
