Ambassador Narek Mkrtchyan presented to the members of the Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU) the priorities of the Armenia-U.S. agenda

During his visit to California, Narek Mkrtichyan, Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the United States, met with members of the Armenian General Benevolent Union Asbeds (AGBU Asbeds) at their invitation to present the priorities of the Armenia-U.S. agenda, ongoing initiatives, and upcoming plans.
The discussion focused on the Washington Agreements, the "Trump Road to International Peace and Prosperity" (TRIPP) initiative, and the new multi-sector opportunities arising from it. The meeting continued in a Q&A format, during which Ambassador Mkrtichyan responded to participants' questions regarding the Armenia-U.S. agenda and bilateral relations.
Welcoming remarks were delivered by Vartan Telian, Asbeds chairman, who presented the organization's history and mission.
In addition to AGBU members and other invited guests, the discussion was attended by His Eminence Archbishop Hovnan Derderian, Primate of the Western Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in the United States, and Anna Avetisyan, Consul General of the Republic of Armenia in Los Angeles.
