Could First Responders Find Your Medical Info in an Emergency?

The Vial of Life program could save your life - and it's completely FREE!

In an emergency, every second counts. The Vial of Life provides critical medical information like medications, allergies, and emergency contacts - all in one place that first responders can easily access.

  • Easy to set up
  • Ideal for seniors, people with chronic conditions, or anyone living alone
  • Peace of mind for you AND your loved ones

What's in the Vial?

A completed medical form stored in a labeled container, typically kept on your refrigerator or in a zip lock bag, along with a sticker to alert emergency personnel.
