One of the most exciting parts of a new academic year is welcoming new students who work in secondary roles across Boise State departments. These positions give students valuable opportunities to build skills and gain experience that support their academic and career goals, while contributing to the success of Boise State departments.

Human Resources offers a student hiring webpage to guide managers through each stage of the process. The site includes step-by-step guidance for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retaining student employees. New this year is an onboarding checklist designed to help students, adjuncts and other employees, who do not receive the full benefits package, get off to a successful start.
