First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus S.Lukashevich receives copies of credentials of Ambassador of Saudi Arabia

On 27 July 2026, the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Sergey Lukashevich, received copies of the credentials of the designated Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus concurrently, Sami bin Mohammed Alsadhan.

The parties outlined priority steps to boost Belarusian-Saudi relations in the near future. They expressed a mutual interest in deepening political dialogue and strengthening the legal framework.

The two sides emphasised the significant potential for developing cooperation in the trade, economic, investment, and humanitarian spheres, paying particular attention to ways of intensifying contacts between the business communities of Belarus and Saudi Arabia.

Sergey Lukashevich wished the Ambassador every success in his mission.
