Norfolk, VA: ROBBERY OF USPS LETTER CARRIER

The subject brandished a weapon and demanded a USPS arrow key from the USPS letter carrier, before fleeing on foot toward the 2900 block of Myrtle Ave., Norfolk, VA 23504.The subject is described as an adult African American male of dark complexion, thin build, wearing a dark hoodie with a red horseshoe emblem on the front, a dark mask, gloves, and black and white sneakers. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $150,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) who robbed a United States Postal Service (USPS) letter carrier. The incident occurred on February 7, 2026, at 11:40 a.m., in the 900 block of Merrimack Ave. Norfolk VA 23504.
