Kirkland Advises Bain Capital-Backed HealthEdge on Merger with UST HealthProof

Kirkland & Ellis represented Bain Capital and its portfolio company, HealthEdge, on HeathEdge's merger with UST HealthProof. Headquartered in Boston, the combined company will operate as HealthEdge and will be well-positioned to empower health plans with modern AI-enabled technology and services that lower total costs and improve operational efficiency. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
