County Commissioners honor Scott McCue
for selection as Superintendent of the Year
FREEHOLD, NJ - The Monmouth County Board of County Commissioners honored Eatontown Public Schools Superintendent of Schools, Scott McCue for being selected by the Monmouth County Superintendents' Roundtable as its 2025-26 Superintendent of the Year.
The Monmouth County Board of County Commissioners recognized McCue during their Workshop Meeting on Sept. 25.
"We congratulate Superintendent McCue for being selected by his fellow Monmouth County superintendents as Superintendent of the Year for 2025-26," said Commissioner Director Thomas A. Arnone. "Scott has an extensive background in education and, throughout his tenure in Eatontown, has worked tirelessly to create an enriching and high-quality learning environment for all students."
"Superintendent McCue became Eatontown's superintendent in 2011 and leads a district that educates 1,000 students from preschool through eighth grade," said Commissioner Erik Anderson, liaison to the Monmouth County Superintendent of Schools. "He continues to collaborate with the Board of Education and his staff to enhance academic performance and student achievement. Congratulations to Superintendent McCue upon receiving this honor in recognition of his hard work and dedication to the Eatontown School District."
