The PUC will live stream a technical conference Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. for Docket No. 2026-0084, a proceeding to design and implement a Virtual Power Plant (VPP) grid-services program for the Hawaii Electric service territories. The conference will include guided discussion on a variety of topics, further guidance, and discuss next steps.
