Blackboard Document Download Issue Notice
There is currently an issue where, if an instructor uploads a document into a student's feedback for an assignment or assessment, that file will not be downloadable by the student or the instructor. Blackboard Support is aware of the issue and is working towards a fix. An update will posted as soon as its known.
