OGDEN, Utah, Aug. 27, 2026 - Bank of Utah has been named one of Utah's fastest-growing companies, ranking No. 35 in the 2026 Utah Business Fast 50.
The annual Fast 50 awards recognize companies contributing to Utah's strong economy through sustained growth. Honorees are ranked based on total five-year revenue and compound annual growth rate.
For Bank of Utah, the recognition reflects years of purposeful growth built on trusted relationships, local decision-making and a commitment to helping clients and communities prosper. Since its founding in Ogden in 1952, the independently owned community bank has expanded its services and reach while maintaining the personal approach that has defined it for nearly 75 years.
Bank of Utah Chairman and CEO Benjamin F. Browning credits the Bank's growth to its people and the trust they have earned from clients.
"Our growth is rooted in the relationships our team members build every day. Clients want the speed, technology and capabilities of modern banking, but they also want people who know them, understand their goals and are willing to offer thoughtful guidance. By bringing those strengths together, we can continue growing while keeping banking personal." - Ben Browning, CEO and Chairman of the Board
As the Bank has grown, it has continued investing in its people, technology and services to meet the evolving needs of individuals, families and businesses. That growth has also brought an intentional focus on strengthening leadership, communication and systems while preserving the Bank's relationship-centered culture.
"Growth is meaningful when it creates greater opportunities for our clients, team members and communities," Browning added. "We are focused on building a stronger, more capable Bank of Utah while staying true to our values and responsibly creating lasting prosperity for generations."
