Community Survey: Smoking Restrictions in Multi-Unit Housing
The City of Port Hueneme is seeking community input on a smoking ordinance members of the public have requested. The ordinance would prohibit smoking in multi-unit housing (such as apartments, condominiums and townhomes). The goal of the proposed ordinance would be to protect residents from exposure to secondhand smoke and promote a healthier living environment.
