Connect with Resources, Learn Best Practices, and Strengthen Your Workforce
The Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) and the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) are hosting the 2026 Employment Symposium, a free event designed to connect employers with resources, service providers, and community partners while highlighting the benefits of hiring individuals with disabilities.
Our regional symposium will be held locally in Audubon, PA, on Monday, September 28, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A complimentary lunch will be provided.
Attendees will learn about:
- Tax credits and financial incentives available to employers
- Workplace supports and accommodations
- Resources available through OVR and ODP
- Success stories from employers currently hiring individuals with disabilities
We encourage Montgomery County employers to take advantage of this opportunity to learn about workforce solutions and inclusive hiring practices.
