CommonSpirit in Kentucky welcomes Brooke Burkett, PA-C

MOUNT STERLING, Ky. (Sept. 21, 2026) - CommonSpirit Health has announced that Brooke Burkett, PA-C, has joined CommonSpirit Medical Group - Primary Care - Maysville in Mount Sterling. Burkett is excited to see and treat individuals and families, from pediatrics to adulthood.

"My patient care philosophy is to provide comprehensive family medicine for patients at every stage of life," she said.

Brooke holds a Master of Science in physician assistant studies from the University of the Cumberlands and a Bachelor of Science in biology from Charleston Southern University in Charleston, S.C. Brooke also holds certifications in advanced cardiovascular life support, basic life support, pediatric advanced life support and phlebotomy. She is a member of Kentucky Academy of Physician Assistants and American Academy of Physician Associates.

Outside of the clinic, Burkett is active in her church and in the community. She enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling with her family, cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats and participating in medical mission trips.
