TaylorMade P790 Irons Are $200 Off. I Never Thought I’d See the Day

This is not getting nearly the attention it deserves.

I called it out over the weekend, but frankly, it needs to be shouted from the rooftops: TaylorMade P790 irons are $200 off. Seriously, I never thought I'd see the day because the P790 might be the most recognizable player's-distance iron on the planet. TaylorMade has spent years turning it into one of the defining irons of the category, and golfers far and wide love them. If there was a golf club with a cult following, it is undoubtedly the P790s.

The fact that they're on sale is legitimately shocking and certainly means that TaylorMade has something new on the horizon. However, they're $200 off right now, and that's a sizable discount on premium irons. Normally $1,399.99, the P790s are now $1,199.99.

And this isn't limited to the P790.

The P770 is also $200 off, dropping from $1,399.99 to $1,199.99, and the same discount applies to the P7CB.

As I said earlier, these are some of some of the most popular irons ever made, and every golfer should get fitted and play the clubs that perform best for them. But I'm well aware that this is the real world and that's not always going to happen. A lot of golfers are brand loyalists, care about club aesthetics, and either play the P790s or desperately want to play them.

If you're one of them, $200 off is as low as you're going to get them.
