CTIA Files Comments on USAC Reform NPRM

CTIA filed the attached comments in response to the FCC's NPRM on maximizing efficiencies in Universal Service Fund administration and oversight of USAC. We support reforms that improve efficiency, transparency, and consistency, including clearer USF rules, performance benchmarks, standardized audits, and greater visibility into USAC processes, while opposing changes that increase burdens or require recoveries before appeals are resolved.
