Clifford Chance advises Shenzhen Han's CNC Technology on its Hong Kong IPO and listing

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Shenzhen Han's CNC Technology on its initial public offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Chair of China Practice and partner Tim Wang co-led the transaction with partners Tianning Xiang and Jean Thio with support from Head of Capital Markets Lorna Lyu*, senior associates Bi Ran, Elaine Lau and Yuhang Li, associates Janssen Yang and Julie Luo, trainee solicitor Wang Pu, paralegal Louis Duan and legal analyst Theo Wang.

Shenzhen Han's CNC Technology is a leading specialised printed circuit board (PCB) production equipment solution provider in China and has an extensive portfolio of production equipment which covers various production processes, such as drilling, photolithography, lamination, formation and testing. The company has been listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's ChiNext Market in 2022.

Clifford Chance has advised on the successful H-share listings of various Mainland China-listed companies including the listings of SANY Heavy Industry,Anjoy Foods, Foshan Haitian and Zhejiang Sanhua Intelligent Controls.
