JP ANDERSON ANNOUNCES RECEIPT OF FINAL REGISTERED LAND SURVEY FOR PROPOSED 500-ACRE GBO INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT PROJECT IN SIERRA LEONE
Subsidiary of Leone Asset Management, Inc. (OTC: LEON) advances land development initiative focused on renewable energy, modern agriculture, logistics, and supporting infrastructure.
TAMPA, FLORIDA/Signal Press/ - October 26, 2026 - JP Anderson Limited ("JP Anderson"), a subsidiary of Leone Asset Management, Inc. (OTC: LEON), today announced that it has received the final, registered land survey for its proposed 500-acre GBO Integrated Development Project, located in the GBO Chiefdom of Bo District, Sierra Leone.
The completion and registration of the survey represent an important milestone in advancing the proposed development, establishing the surveyed boundaries of the designated project area and providing a foundation for subsequent land documentation, engineering, feasibility assessments, and development planning.
The proposed project is situated near the Bo-Tiama highway in the John Bull area of GBO Chiefdom and is being planned as an integrated economic development initiative combining renewable energy, modern agricultural production, logistics infrastructure, and shared utility systems.
PROPOSED 500-ACRE DEVELOPMENT MASTER PLAN
JP Anderson's preliminary development concept allocates the 500-acre site among four principal uses:
The integrated master plan is intended to allow the project's principal operating components to share infrastructure, potentially improving operating efficiency and reducing duplicated development costs.
The proposed allocations remain subject to engineering, feasibility studies, environmental assessments, regulatory approvals, financing, and final development plans.
A SIGNIFICANT STEP TOWARD PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
"The receipt of the final registered survey is an important step in moving the GBO Project from preliminary planning toward a more defined development program," said James Price, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Leone Asset Management and JP Anderson Limited.
"Establishing the surveyed boundaries of the property provides the foundation for advancing our engineering, infrastructure planning, and development discussions. Our objective is to create an integrated project where renewable energy, agricultural production, logistics, and essential infrastructure support one another."
Price continued:
"We believe Sierra Leone presents meaningful long-term opportunities for well-planned infrastructure and agricultural development. Our focus is on creating commercially sustainable projects that can support employment, local enterprise, agricultural productivity, and regional economic growth."
INTEGRATED INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY
A central feature of the GBO Project is its proposed shared infrastructure model.
Rather than developing separate facilities independently, JP Anderson intends to evaluate a coordinated infrastructure network that could include:
The proposed integrated approach is designed to support multiple commercial activities within a coordinated development footprint.
NEXT PHASE OF DEVELOPMENT
Following receipt of the registered survey, JP Anderson intends to advance the next phase of project preparation, including verification and completion of applicable land-use documentation, engineering assessments, feasibility studies, infrastructure planning, environmental and regulatory reviews, and discussions with prospective development and financing partners.
The Company will also continue evaluating opportunities to coordinate project development with local stakeholders and relevant Sierra Leone authorities.
No final construction timetable or financing commitment has been announced.
STRATEGIC IMPORTANCE TO LEONE ASSET MANAGEMENT
The GBO Project forms part of JP Anderson's broader strategy to identify and advance commercially viable development opportunities in Sierra Leone and the wider West African region.
Through its subsidiary operations, Leone Asset Management seeks to participate in opportunities involving infrastructure, renewable energy, agriculture, natural resources, and strategic economic development.
