Newmark Appoints Experienced Leader Eric Brown as Americas Head of Project Management

Newmark announces the appointment of Eric Brown as Americas Head of Project Management. In this role, Brown will lead Project Management across the United States, Canada and Latin America, advancing the continued growth, integration and operational consistency of Newmark's Occupier Solutions business.

Brown will be responsible for strengthening alignment between Newmark's teams across areas including Project Management and Leasing, enhancing Newmark's ability to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions for its clients. His appointment also reinforces senior Occupier Solutions leadership presence in New York, positioning the firm to better support clients and talent in one of its most important markets.

Brown joins from Turner & Townsend, where he led Project Management Advisory Services in New York City and New Jersey. Previously during his tenure at CBRE, he held a series of senior leadership positions focused on scaling project management offerings, leading major client engagements and managing multidisciplinary teams across the Tri-State region.
