Westbound I-8 Connector to Eastbound I-8 and Magnolia Avenue Closed Evenings of November 16 to 20

SAN DIEGO - Caltrans will close the westbound Interstate 8 (I-8) connector to eastbound I-8 and Magnolia Avenue in the evenings from Sunday, November 16, to Thursday, November 20, from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. for broadband work. The eastbound I-8 on-ramp from Magnolia Avenue will remain open.

Motorists may continue to the West Main Street exit, turn left to eastbound I-8, and take the off-ramps to southbound Magnolia Avenue.

Motorists are reminded to be Work Zone Alert if traveling in the area and to watch for highway workers and moving construction equipment.

The work schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic incidents, or other work-related reasons.
