Discontinuation of HACP Security Deposit Incentive for HCV Landlords

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) would like to inform all participating HCV Landlords that, effective October 1, 2026, the HACP Security Deposit Program Incentive will be discontinued until further notice.
Please note that no applications received on or after October 1, 2026, will be processed. Landlords who wish to participate in the program must ensure that all applications are submitted and received by HACP prior to this effective date.
We appreciate your continued partnership and support of the Housing Choice Voucher Program. Any future updates regarding the HACP Security Deposit Program Incentive will be communicated to landlords.
