Stream Realty Partners Expands Role at 230 W. Monroe with Property Management Assignment

CHICAGO - June 15, 2026 - Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, has been selected by Menashe Properties to provide property management services at 230 W. Monroe, a 29-story office tower totaling approximately 625,000 square feet in Chicago's West Loop submarket.

The assignment builds upon Stream's existing relationship with the property, which began three years ago when the firm was awarded the leasing assignment following Menashe Properties' acquisition of the building. Since then, Stream has helped position 230 W. Monroe as a highly competitive office destination in the West Loop through strategic leasing efforts and a tenant-focused approach.

Located in the heart of the West Loop, 230 W. Monroe offers tenants a prime location, modern amenities, and flexible office space options with convenient access to CTA lines, Ogilvie Transportation Center, and Union Station. The property features a recently renovated lobby, efficient floor plates, an upgraded fitness center, a conference center accommodating up to 50 people, indoor and outdoor tenant lounges, an on-site bike room, and multiple dining options.
