Thompson Thrift Hosts Ribbon Cutting Celebration for First Idaho Multifamily Development

Located at 2410 W. Vanderbilt Lane, The Logan is situated on approximately 12 acres and includes 264 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes averaging nearly 1,000 square feet. Select homes also offer soft-close cabinetry, deluxe closet systems with shelving, premium lighting, dry bars and enhanced smart home features, along with private patios, balconies, yards and detached garage options.

Community amenities are designed to support a resort-style lifestyle and include an outdoor entertainment kitchen with grilling areas, a fully equipped 24-hour fitness center, a heated swimming pool, electric firepits with seating, billiards and shuffleboard, a dog park, bike storage and a Starbucks™ coffee bar. Residents also have access to focus suites, community-wide Wi-Fi, an onsite service team, valet trash service and a convenient mobile app.

During the ribbon-cutting celebration, guests toured the clubhouse, model home and community amenities. As part of Thompson Thrift's ongoing commitment to supporting the communities where it develops, the company also presented a charitable donation to Care House Food Bank, which provides individuals and families in the Nampa area with a safe place to receive food, fellowship and encouragement. It is a program of Care House Partnerships, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people who are experiencing food insecurity, medical and dental needs, or mental health and recovery challenges.

The Logan has excellent visibility and connectivity to Karcher Road and I-84, providing easy access to the Boise metro's employment hubs and the retail and recreational activities abundant in the Treasure Valley. Nearby major employers include Plexus, a global logistics leader; St. Luke's Nampa, a not-for-profit health system and J.R.
