GreenPointe Holdings announces promotion of Garrison Burr to Finance Manager

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - GreenPointe Holdings announces the promotion of Garrison Burr to Finance Manager.

In his new role, Burr is responsible for financial analysis, land acquisition research, and strategic planning initiatives that support GreenPointe's company's current developments and future growth. He works closely with company leadership, investors, and equity partners to evaluate project performance, assess new opportunities and support informed business decisions for the organization.

Burr joined GreenPointe Holdings in 2021 as a Financial Analyst. Prior to joining the company, he served as a financial analyst for ClubCorp Holdings in Dallas, Texas, and as a senior audit associate at KPMG in Jacksonville.

A Certified Public Accountant licensed in Florida, Burr is a graduate of Florida State University, where he earned a master's degree in accountancy and a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance.

Burr serves on the Board of Directors for the Monique Burr Foundation and the FSU Seminole Boosters and is an active member of Urban Land Institute North Florida.
