Joint Statement: Fourth Quadripartite Meeting of Foreign Ministers of China, Iran, Pakistan, and Russia, New York, 25 September 2025
Upon the invitation of the Russian Federation, the fourth quadripartite Meeting of Foreign Ministers of the People's Republic of China, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the Russian Federation, on Afghanistan was held on 25 September 2025 on the sidelines of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
During the meeting, the four sides discussed the situation in Afghanistan and agreed on the following points:
1- The four sides reiterated their support for Afghanistan as an independent, united, and peaceful state, free from terrorism, war, and narcotics.
