City paving crews will be working on sections of Green Lane, Levering Street, and Lyceum Avenue Saturday, June 6.

PHILADELPHIA - The Streets Department of Transportation announces street paving work to occur on multiple streets in Manayunk starting Saturday, June 6. These streets include:

  • Green Lane from Main Street to Silverwood Street
  • Levering Street from Cresson Street to Silverwood Street
  • Lyceum Avenue from Silverwood Street to Manayunk Avenue

Residents are reminded to check for posted no parking signs along these streets and be prepared to relocate vehicles before 6 a.m. Saturday morning.

Temporary road closures will occur while crews are working. StreetsDOT asks everyone to help keep work zones safe by slowing down, paying closer attention, and following all detours and directions when traveling near roadwork.

For additional information about the paving process, please see the StreetsDOT's Paving Program webpage. A list of streets with planned City milling or paving work is updated online weekly. Paving work is weather-dependent, and the schedule may be subject to change. Residents should always check for posted "No-Parking" signs for the most up-to-date information.
