Willkie advised Seven2 on the structuring and close of a €400 million continuation fund that will support the further growth of two of its portfolio companies, Marlink, a digital services provider for the maritime sector, and Crystal, a leading French wealth management firm.

On June 27, Seven2 announced the final closing of the €400 million continuation fund and the transfer of its entire minority stake in Marlink and a portion of its minority stake in Crystal to the new vehicle. The continuation fund attracted strong interest from secondary investors as well as existing Seven2 LPs, resulting in a 30% oversubscription.

Seven2 is a leading private equity firm in Europe.

The Willkie fund formation team was led by fund partner Nathalie Duguay and corporate partner Grégory de Saxcé and included counsel Anthony Civico and associates Sarah Bibas and Mélina Combeau.
