BNC Mailings to Canada Bypassed or Delayed

On September 26, 2025, Canada Post announced a shutdown due to national labor actions between Canada Post and the Canadian Union of Postal Workers. As a result, notices sent through the BNC between October 2, 2025, and October 16, 2025, were bypassed. As of October 10, 2025, the prior general strike has been updated to rotating strike; and as of October 17, 2025, the BNC will resume mailing to Canada, but significant delays are expected. Additional updates will be provided as information is made available.
