Keynote speakers Dan Letter, Eng '99, and Molly McShane headline the 15th annual National Real Estate Strategies Conference on April 30, hosted by the Vieth Institute for Real Estate Leadership at Marquette University.
McShane leads The McShane Companies as chief executive officer, and Letter holds the same title with Prologis, the largest industrial real estate firm in the world. McShane and Letter will deliver "The New Guard - Global Perspectives on Winning Strategies," a conversation drawing on their deep industry knowledge and leadership experience.
The conference will be held at the Wisconsin Club, 900 W. Wisconsin Ave., with the CEO keynote conversation beginning at 8 a.m.
Following the CEO keynote conversation, attendees will glean insight from an expert panel discussing the "AI in CRE" lab report. Experts include Scott Yauck, president and CEO of Cobalt Partners, Sarah Mancuso, president of west region leasing at JLL, David Binder, Jr., senior vice president of MLG Capital and Matt Rinka, partner and founder at Rinka+.
Student speakers representing Marquette University and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee will also be featured, sharing insight gained from innovative real estate education opportunities. Topics include the student experience, the CORE Case Competition and the impact of AI on industry. The conference will span four hours and conclude at noon.
