Sheppard Mullin Represented Vidterra in Sale to NexTech Solutions

Sheppard Mullin represented Vidterra, a leading developer of edge deployed video distribution software, in its acquisition by NexTech Solutions (NexTech), a mission-driven provider of edge-focused software and solutions for the defense, intelligence and homeland security sectors.

Vidterra, recognized for developing software that simplifies how video and sensor data are processed, fused and delivered in challenging environments, including disconnected and low-SWaP scenarios, will continue advancing its technology as capabilities are integrated across the NexTech portfolio.
