Norton Rose Fulbright receives No. 1 ranking on AM New York’s 2026 Top Workplaces list

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has earned the distinction of ranking first among the 2026 Top Workplaces in New York City by AM New York. Among 61 employers honored in this year's ranking, the firm ranked first in the large-employer category, underscoring its commitment to fostering an exceptional workplace culture.

This honor is based on employee feedback gathered through a confidential survey measuring the firm's culture, benefits, leadership style, environment and other factors. More than 700 of the firm's US personnel participated in the survey last year.

Over the past five years, the firm has earned recognition from Top Workplaces nationally and in Austin, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Minnesota, New York, San Antonio, St. Louis and Washington, DC.

Energage, which oversees the "Top Workplaces " program, has surveyed 27 million employees from more than 70,000 organizations since its inception in 2006.
