Material Event (Form 8-K)

The 26 Broadway Mortgage Loan, which constituted approximately 3.3% of the asset pool of the issuing entity as of its cut-off date, is an asset of the issuing entity and is part of a loan combination that is being serviced and administered under the trust and servicing agreement, dated as of February 6, 2022 relating to the BWAY Commercial Mortgage Trust 2022-26BW filed as Exhibit 4.7 to the registrant's Current Report on Form 8-K filed on April 13, 2022 (the "BWAY 2022-26BW TSA"). Pursuant to Section 7.1(d) of the BWAY 2022-26BW TSA, KeyBank National Association was removed as special servicer of the 26 Broadway Mortgage Loan and Green Loan Services LLC ("Green Loan"), a Delaware limited liability company, was appointed as the successor special servicer of the 26 Broadway Mortgage Loan under the BWAY 2022-26BW TSA.

In the interest of transaction management, this Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of August 7, 2026, the 26 Broadway Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if necessary, pursuant to the BWAY 2022-26BW TSA, by Green Loan. Green Loan maintains its principal special servicing office at 1 Vanderbilt Avenue, New York, New York 10017 and its telephone number is (212) 594-2700.
