(1)	Held directly by PT Smart Green Technologies ("PTSG"), a perseroan terbatas organized in the Republic of Indonesia, of which the reporting person is a commissioner and the ultimate beneficial owner. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership except to the extent of his pecuniary interest.
(2)	The Issuer's records show three shares of Series AA Convertible Preferred Stock purchased by PTSG under Private Placement Memorandum No. 1, each convertible into one share of Common Stock. The reporting person disputes that the Series AA was validly designated or issued, and all rights are reserved. The Series AA is reported here as the Issuer's records show it.
