NEW YORK - Sept. 12, 2025 - Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented BharCap Partners in connection with the launch of Archway as a new private credit firm focused on delivering creative asset-based loan (ABL) and lender finance solutions to middle-market companies, backed by $500 million in committed capital.
Led by founder and CEO Andrew S. McGhee and a team of seasoned industry veterans, Archway is built to deliver comprehensive capital solutions for growth, buyouts, refinancing, and turnarounds. The firm serves businesses in the traditional ABL sectors of manufacturing, services, distribution, and retail, as well as serving 15 different financial services sectors.
BharCap invests in businesses across the financial services industry, including specialty finance, wealth and asset management, insurance distribution and insurance services, financial technology and tech-enabled financial services, and tax, accounting, and advisory services. BharCap manages over $2 billion of capital.
The Greenberg Traurig team that represented BharCap was led by Shaun Levor, shareholder in the Corporate Practice in New York, and Alexander Sellinger, associate in the Corporate Practice in New York.
