1. blok je v provozu, výkon reaktoru 100 %, výkon turbogenerátorů - 506 MWe
2. blok je v provozu, výkon reaktoru 100 %, výkon turbogenerátorů - 499 MWe
3. blok je v provozu, výkon reaktoru 99,7 %, výkon turbogenerátorů - 503 MWe
4. blok je v provozu, výkon reaktoru 100 %, výkon turbogenerátorů - 509 MWe

V roce 2026 vyrobila JE Dukovany celkem 10 715 624 MWh elektřiny.
