The City of Denton City Council will hold a public hearing and consider adoption of an ordinance regarding a request to rezone 2.63 acres of land from Residential 1 (R1) district to Overlay Planned Development with a base zoning of Suburban Corridor (PD-SC) district generally located at the northeast corner of US 377 and Brush Creek Road in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
