Virtual Community Meeting: Murrieta Housing Revolving Loan Fund
The City of Murrieta is launching a new Revolving Loan Fund to expand long-term affordable housing opportunities within the city. We invite you to a virtual community meeting to learn more about this program and share your feedback.

Registration is not required but is preferred.
This $4.1 million loan program, funded by SCAG's REAP 2.0 Lasting Affordability Program, will offer early-stage and gap financing to accelerate affordable housing development. Loan funds may be used for activities such as land acquisition, predevelopment costs, construction, and rehabilitation.
