New York’s Empire Steak House Is Coming to Delray Beach: Investments Limited Welcomes a Manhattan Legend to South Florida

The opening is planned for 2027.

The Empire Story: Three Brothers, One American Dream

Brothers Jack and Jeff Sinanaj grew up on a family farm in Montenegro, learning the cattle business from pasture to butcher's block. With their brother Russ, they came to New York and worked their way up from busboys to more than 25 years at Peter Luger, perhaps America's most famous steakhouse.

In 2010, the brothers opened the first Empire Steak House in Midtown Manhattan. Today there are three Manhattan locations, including a 2023 Times Square debut that drew the mayor and a crowd of Broadway stars, plus outposts in Tokyo (2017) and Honolulu (2025).
