President of Russia Vladimir Putin: Mr Japarov, I am delighted to see you. Thank you very much for coming.

I recall your hospitality when you welcomed our delegation in your home country. Our work was very productive back then.

I would like to note that all our agreements are being consistently implemented. Our teams on both sides are working actively and intensively, and the results of this cooperation are seen in Kyrgyzstan's economic growth.

I am confident that your working visit today will further contribute to the development of our bilateral relations.

As you know, we are active members of a number of international organisations, including the SCO. This year, on August 31 and September 1, Bishkek will host a SCO summit. In this regard, we look forward to your visit and your participation in this event.

Today we have an excellent opportunity to discuss bilateral issues. I expect we will discuss a wide range of matters related to our bilateral mutually beneficial cooperation.
