Monument MicroCap Partners Announces Champion Wellness Centers Has Acquired Boca Chiropractic Spine & Wellness, LLC

Monument MicroCap Partners, LLC ("Monument"), a Midwest-based private equity firm, announced today that its portfolio company, Champion Wellness Centers ("Champion") completed the acquisition of Boca Chiropractic Spine & Wellness, LLC ("Boca Chiropractic") on January 30. Based in Boca Raton, Florida, Boca Chiropractic is a modern, family-oriented clinic with an emphasis on corrective and wellness-based chiropractic care. Since founding the practice in 2012, Dr. Matthew McNabb and his staff have helped thousands of patients through evidence-based, personalized care that blends hands-on chiropractic adjustments with education and lifestyle guidance, empowering patients to achieve long-term wellness.

In October 2025, Champion acquired Dr. Lichter & Associates, located in Tampa, Florida.
